unique detached 2 bedroom cottage with direct beach and water access and its own boat mooring.
This brand new cottage was finished in September 2005 and was designed especially for 4/5 people who enjoy holidaying by the water. Both the bedrooms, one double and one twin, are en suite and are positioned on the ground floor.
The magnificent open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area are on the upper floor. Large glass windows and french doors to the balcony give this unique cottage panoramic views up river and across to Fowey and Bodinnick.
Polmarine waterside cottage is a detached new build and is built of cornish stone and slate and comply's with all the latest up to date building regulations.
This lovely waterside cottage has a new dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer and 28"flat screen TV with dvd. Guests are allowed to sit , barbecue, swim, fish or just relax on Polmarines private quay.
This is the only new cottage on the water with en suite facilities and all bookings are inclusive of bed linen, towels and electricity. The cottage has a new oil fired central heating system that also supply's the cottage with instant hot water.
